Hi. I have new Toyota Kluger (Highlander) GXL hybrid 2023 in Australia. The back door is opening but not closing. Whenever I press the button on back door or remote, it just beep but not closing. I pushed the backdoor and closed it and now trying to troubleshoot. Please note, door is opening but not closing. your help will be appreciated.
