2013 Lc 200, we cant get the 2nd row passenger side seat to fold down from the locked seated position. Any suggestions how this problem can be investigated, how do you pull the back off the seat to see what may be causing the problem, as the back should start to fold down, before the seat part releases to start the fold process.
