He just bought it from a Toyota dealership. The actual and on-paper average can vary, I know but why it is showing 7.6L/100km? What can be the cause to push the average so high?

Hey guys, A friend's Camry is showing an average of 7.6L/100km while the manual says it's 4.2L/100km. what can be the reasons? was it because the previous owner was a race driver or something? 😉
