Mauzzz

hi my name is Mauzzz, come from Holland and live in NZ now. I own a Toyota Hiace '89, with a 2.4L-T engine in it witch I blow up the other day. So I need to swap engines, I find out that it is the early model that fits straight into it. Anybody more idears, early models ar hard to find. Thinking of a 2.8, 3L engine, but need I to do a lot of changes ???? if you have an idear please let me know ...... cheers
