I have a old Corolla, but I still drive it alot. It just don't want to die, a few months ago my CD Deck was stolen and they cut my cd harness. Now when I try to hook up a CD Deck to the cut harness, it doesn't give me any power. Where should I tapped my power for the CD Deck to? Directly to the ignition? What color is that usually? Thanks in advance

Can someone tell me how to Hook up a CD Deck in my 88 Corolla LE? The car was stolen 2 years ago and the thieves ripped my CD Deck and cut my harness. All I have left are short wires. I need to know what color is what so I'll be able to hook up a CD Deck to it. I might need to hook the +12v from the CD Deck to another source of +12V.. like the car's ignition. Would that be fine?
