Hey guys ... I'm not new new as I joined this forum back in 2008 when i was driving a blitz supercharged 7th gen Celica (with NOS) I wanted more power so I upgraded to a Nissan 350Z. A year later, i wanted even more power and bought a Nissan Skyline R34 GTR V-spec. Unfortunately it's now time for me to buy a house and I'm in the process of selling my GTR in order to get a new car ... I'm looking to get either a TRD Aurion 3500S or a ZR6 Aurion. will see depending on the budget... So i will be looking around to see if I can find a bargain :)

yep, im in sydney, if you know a few panel beater, just let me know please. ive asked another panel beater this morning, he told me he cant do only the outside of the car, with him its a full job or nothing and he quoted me $10K for a full paint job !!! (including inside the doors, boots) sounds still very expensive.

i was just wondering if someone knows roughly how much it cost to paint a silver car into a black matt, but just the outside (meaning without the inside of the doors, boot, engine bay) ive been quoted $6000 cash in hand (without receipt) sounds a bit expensive ... do you guys know how much i should be expecting for that kind of job? thats what i have at the moment: thats what i want to go for:

yeh, the rotorex is better. a member on ozcelica has it + he had an engine built ... his celica is very fast but cost him big $$$ as well. another one has a greddy turbocharger kit, which is even more powerfull. but ive been told the engine overheats because of the turbo.

yeh especially on the ozcelica forum ... but to be honest, i wouldnt spend that much money into a supercharger kit and engineer it to make it legal just for an extra few HP ...

wet system, both nitrous and petrol are mixed before burning (more safe for the engine from what ive been told) the garage that did the job is located in camberra, its called "fast and furious" funny name aye ... the blitz kit (discountinued now) cost around 9K :o Greddy and Rotorex kits being cheaper, duno why engineer certificate around 2k :o

the whole job was done few months before i bought it. no dramas so far ... ive only had to change the master cylinder, but its not related to the kompressor. well i bought the car with the blitz blow off valve, but ive put the greddy type RS that i was using on my 300ZX as it is much louder. people in the streets dont really understand whats going on when they hear the loud blow off valve noise coming out of a celica

well celica's are around 190HP at the engine, but only around 165HP at the wheels. the blitz supercharger adds around 40HP ... so the car is around 200HP at the wheels. the good thing is that the celica is very light (1100kg) which gave me many times the opportunity to beat on a rolling start 300ZX TT, R32 GTR (both 280HP, 1500kg) WRX even a 3000GT. the nitrous is supposed to give an addition power between 40 and 50HP but i cant confirm it as ive never put the car on dyno ... I'm not using the nos anymore as im gonna sell the car soon :( i'm gonna post a video of the celica on youtube soon, i'll just try not to make it illegal ...

thanks ... i was expecting a louder noise from the supercharger ... like on my celica maybe :) i think i'll get a ZR6 for the moment ... i just need a bigger car with a bit of power <_<

get a supercharger :) then you will be able to beat 300ZX TT, GTO, GTR R32, WRX ... :P
