ok i give up going to the auto electrics.................................

does anyone know how to trace the wires from the fuel pump conection under back seat to the ignition switch,i have power in the fuel gauge switch there but none in the fuel pump switch,must be a fuse somewere along the line

no not buzzing when turn key,took fuel pump out of identical one and put power to it before putting in tank definitely working then ,,does not get power to fuel pump when you turn ignition....

my son got a 91 camry that haddent been started in 8 months,changed starter motor ,after about 10 mins she fired up ,started good and idled smoothly after that,changed the tyres ,washed it then he drove it about 5 ks to get blue slip drove it back home,turned it off in the driveway and cant start it ever since,i am pretty certain the fuel pump is not coming on and its not getting fuel,put some down the plugs and it fires,only time it fires is with a bit of fuel down them,have checked the fuses ,but there must be 4789 of the bloody things in this car,dont know what else to try ,but something seems to have failed after that last drive because it was running great before that ....any suggestions will be tryed....thanks
