"Screaming" I mean that Reving @3000rpm when she sounds much more comfortable at 2200rpm @90ks - excluding the normal road noise with the higher speed

at 110km/3000rpm my Hiace 2.8l Diesel COMMUTER is screming - does any boby know of a better ratio diff I can swap over or can I just change the centr of the Diff? or any suggestions of lowering the revs but still maintain 110km also LPG conversion of a 2.8l Diesel and can the Tank go underneath ?
