HI , I BOUGHT THE 2.4 AUTO TARAGO GLI 4 WEEKS AGO AND THE TEMPERATURE WAS SITTING ABOUT 1/2 WAY WITH THE AIRCON ON . EVERTHING WAS FINE UNTIL THE OTHER DAY . THE COOLANT WAS SPITTING OUT OF THE RESEVOIR AND THE TEMPERATURE WAS ON THE RED . I TOP IT UP AND IT WAS FINE .THEN I TRAVELLED ABOUT 300 K'S AND IT HAPPENED AGAIN . THERE ARE NO VISIBLE LEAKS . IS THERE ANY WAY TO TELL IF IT'S THE WATER PUMP OR SOMETHING ELSE . CAN IT USE ETHONOL FUEL . CHEERS
Hi CityDodger,
Check the cap on the coolant bottle. If it is worn out this can be causing the temperature to rise, you will have to replace it.Otherwise,a radiator servicing comprises a complete draining of the system and use of a good coolant.
I don't think that the 1995 model is compatible to the E10 fuel.Check your manual you'll get the confirmation
Good luck

Hi all Tarago owners
I would like to change spark plugs on my Tarago 1994.Could someone help me ?
The engine is found under the seat next to the driver.Could it be under my seat ?
I am getting a light ignition problem and bought titanium heads spark plugs as they yield heaps of Kms.
I have noticed that on short trips driving in town, its a drunkard.Over long distances it performs quite economical for an 8 seater.
Thanks
Thanks for your tips Rolla !! :

Hi Freelance Seo,
Your oil leakage may be caused by a damaged Rocker Cover Gasket and its a bit difficult to see because of the receptacle under your engine.( the seal that is found under the cover of your engine).By the way have a check also on your CV joints if the leak appear to be at the front.
