I figured out that the Dome light also doubles up as the radio fuse.

Changed that and voila.

Hi all.

I was just installing a new explod HU into brother in laws AE102 and once it was all wired up the head unit did not work. Fuse on the headunit is good but he is missing his kickplate and i dont know what fuse is the radio???

I checked them all and they all seemed fine. After checking them, now the dome light does not work either. What one is the fuse for the stereo????

And yeah i was the ******* who forgot to remove the negative battery terminal therefor prolly blowing a fuse

The fact that the car would never ever be able to turn seeing as the front wheels are so far tucked.

just enter the car, why does it need to be associated with a club entry?

IMO it would look out of place with the SRC cars, plus they try to arange the single entry cars according to age/generation anyway so you could end up right next to the SRC cars anyhow.

There really isn't a way to accomodate if there was a ATOC club display as they try to keep the cars grouped together, and because there is a large varience in models represented by ATOC it's not really feasable. It would be kind of like Toymods trying to do a club display of all their cars (even though 1/2 the cars there are Toymods cars anyway).

Thanks for the great info. I myself have never been in a car show as my sx was about 5 different colours and did really look out of place on the road let alone a car show.

I will just rock up in the stivo and get put where i get put.

i learnt everything i needed to know about 2 of my ae92's of that site.

people have done alot of 4age to 20v, 4agze and 4agte on that site.

i reccomend throwing the extra money out there and buying a 4age and chuck it in the rolla.

i went from 4afe to a blacktop 20v and wow what a difference. bearings went on the 4afe so i needed a rebuild.

Still tossing up between supporting ATOC or SRC.

Been a member of src for 4 or 5 years now and we are trying to make a big comeback on to the corolla car scene.

How about i just park in between both clubs. After all, i will have SRC and ATOC stickers both on the stivo.

TOYO. i didn't like the fact that the eyelids are covering the front indicators, not very safe. Carbon fiber bonnet is good though

I prefer seeing photoshops when the car still looks like a normal road registered car but better (front mounts, lowered better, rims, shaved handles). Like convertible skylines :D

I was having a look on the rta website.

By the looks of it, it costs for transfering plates are $175, i think i read it wrong.

If it is that much t might be better if i get them setroyed then you can buy the new ones for $160. i'll let you confirm with the rta 1st

1st car was a white 87 model mazda 323 sedan for 3 grand.

Awsome little car and had only 30'000k's on it when i got it in 2005.

Owned by old people. Had chrome hubcaps, 5% tint, chrome exhaust "tip", metal pedals (with no rubber one them) and a skull gearknob.

Also had a fully sick tape player. I totalled it into a black euro accord.
