I am trying to pair my mobile with the kx-s buetooth unit. I need to enter a password. What's the default password for the unit?

when pairing, the password comes up on the screen for five seconds.

1234 was th default but you can change it. its in the last couple of pages in the additional stereo manual

Has anyone tried to pair a Nokia N80 to the bluetooth, mine pairs but does not allow downloading of phonebook.

Is there an easy way to do this as I don't want to enter everything in!

i did mine a few days back, the pass key was '1111'...

I couldnt get mine the first two times i did it, its a palm treo 750 pda. But the 3rd time, using 1234, it worked.

You can program the station buttons with shortcuts to your fav person, ie your better half for example.

She drives it mainly and her LG hooks up automatically when she hops in the car.

You can set your own passkey if you are in the Grande Sat Nav model. The setting manual .... I think
