LPG - anyone?

So has anyone looked at this recently?

I'm hearing that the latest systems are pretty good and with the Govt rebate you can still get a system that will pay itself in about 2 years........

Thoughts?

the only thing i looked at as far as LPG goes is-

"where the fark would the tank go?" :P

recently installed lpg into a 66 hr holden.

Best investment car goes extremely well with the lpg and costs are down with less than half the cost it was with petrol.

the government rebate is $1750. you must pay up front first and you get the rebate back within the week. claim through medicare.

total cost for us was $2600 minus the rebate only cost $850. Reckon within a year it will pay for itself. Do get a reputable installer. ring a few and talk about the installment. the tank was big but fitted snugly in the boot of the hr with room to spare.
