WTB: Celica ST184 AC Vent

As you can see here, one of the vents is broken.

If anyone has a spare one they're willing to sell, or if anyone knows where I can get one, it would be much appreciated. I have spent ages going through various websites without any luck.

It would also help if someone could tell me how to remove the old one/install the new one. It would be silly buying a part without knowing how to install it.
