My 1998 Celica.. wanting ideas what to do next? im thinking of Lowering, removing the stickers and then de-spoilering.. what else? thoughts?

Unless your car has all of those parts (and even then...) remove the shopping list haha.

Maybe put some coilovers in it... intake, headers, exhaust.. It really depends what you want to do with the car and what your budget is.
