When I get the rear parking sensors installed the auto-electrician told me that he worked on a similar Kluger before and that model don't have aerodynamic covers installed at the two corners of the rear bumper, mine does..... that's the two black covers secured by 3-4 screws at the rear corners of the car - apparently it is used to create a flat shape for the car underbody so it has better fuel economy.

it is funny that in NZ this is mentioned as a feature, however I have some photos of the China highlanders and they don't have them - even at the top model. and by googling some US versions don't have them too....

which makes me wonder does Toyota put them on randomly....

my 2012 KX-R, AWD, 7 seat has them.

does yours have them ?

Hi , just checked mine and yes i have them as well.I also have them at the front to , with a complete flat finish from the bottom of the front bumper until the mid section of the engine dept.
