Hey Guys,
New to the forum, thought i'd share my old girl.

Bought it 6 months ago for $1700. My cousin paid $4000 from deceased estate when she got her P's, found it was too big for her and sold it to me for $1700. Had 4 new tires put on just before I bought it, 93,000kms with all its original log books even the certificate the original owner got from buying it brand new!.

Now sitting on 102XXX, I've replaced the timing belt and am about to change the spark plugs (which I have realised will be a prick). Don't plan on doing anything to it, just keeping it as original as I can.

Thanks Guys.

Nice man! I'm new here too, but I have the same car. Except mine's up to 378,000k's. Still the original motor so yours should last a while!

The rear plugs are a pain to get to, you need to take the top half of the intake plenum off. Grab platinum plugs so you won't have to do it again for another 100,000. Also chuck a new gasket ($20) on the plenum before putting it back on, these things don't like intake leaks at all.

Bobby.
