need help with navigation unit e7007

I recently got a 2009 toyota aurion prodigy

I accidentally ejected the map cd

Then I tried inserting it back it

and it makes this mechanical ticking sound then ejects the map cd

Any ideas how to fix it?

And also my boot light is not working

do I replace fuse or something?
