Bought a used Kluger 2009 KX-S.

Has the tow bar/ball in the hitch and what looks like a lock (as well as a pin). tried opening the hitch lock with the key - key seems to fit in but doesn't turn. Is there a trick to open it? could it be stuck?

If it is like the spare tire locks then you need to pull it not turn it. If that doesn't work then it's a different key. Get a Locksmith to make a key for you.
