Landcruiser 200 Airconditioner vent removal

Hi,

I need to remove the air conditioner vents from my 200 series Landcruiser and can't figure out how to do it. The centre ones come out reasonably easily, but the left and right side ones, and the little top right vent, are not budging.

You can see the right vent and the little upper vent on the very right hand side of the below image... I can't get these out!

Does anyone know how to get to these?

Do I have to remove the whole dash?

Thanks for any insights.

Did you manage to pull the passenger and driver side vents out? What’s the ideal way?
