Kluger Tow Bar

Hello, 

I just recently bought a trailer and Im looking at buying a tow bar for my Kluger.. 

I am extremely inexperienced and I tried contacting my dealer about purchasing a towbar, however, they did not want to give me the part number of it. 

My Kluger is built July, 2010 and I was just wondering if anyone knows the part number of the complete tow bar kit? It's a bit of a hassle since toyota just released the face lifted version on the same year, which confuses me. 

Does the tow bar part PZQ64-48031 fit or does it have to be PZQ64-48030?
