Engine Splash Sheet intentionally cut

Hi guys need your expert advice. I have just bought a 2015 kluger grande AWD from a dealer and got the car delivered from QLD to NSW. Day one when the car was lifted for the blue slip inspection I found out that the engine splash sheet had been intentionally cut to make room for bolts and nuts access beneath from two places. Need to understand what work might have been carried out on the car so I can ensure the car doesn't create problems. I will share the pics tomorrow day time.

That's the epitome of laziness. Butchering a protective cover because someone can't be bothered to unscrew a few screws is pretty frustrating. Look forward to seeing the pics because there shouldn't be any real reason to cut access holes as the 2GR-FE can mostly be serviced with the cover intact, ie, oil service etc.

The areas in which the cover was cut should give an indication as to what was the intended target.
