Front speaker not working after getting new headunit

Installed a new head unit for my toyota aurion. Everything works perfect but the front not a single sound and when I put the old head unit back on they work perfectly. Checked the wires Everything seems good to me don't know what to do next or what to check 

Help please?

If the cables are plugged in properly in the correct slots either the headunit is faulty or you could check the software to make sure the sound bias isnt set to just the rear speakers. Some headunits require adapter cables too so might want to make sure you have everything required. 
I don't know too much about headunits though so hopefully somebody more experienced will be along to give you some pointers.
