My DRL/Courtesy lights

The come on with ACC. Or via remote control (not genuine Toyota remote a separate remote)

The ones on the side will turn off at speeds above 10km/h

The ones down the bottom with the fog lights will turn off when the head lights come on but will come back on if the fog light and/or high beams come on.

The ones closest to the grill will stay on as long as the car is on.
