Sounds like you have a MR2 Spyder, you can try the specialised forums at http://www.spyderchat.com/, I heard they are very good for spyder owners.

I wear shoes pretty much all the time, ocassionally barefooted, never thongs though as someone said above they can get caught. I wouldn't mind driving barefooted, but I am used to driving with shoes, and the extra bit of cms of the shoe sole, if it wasn't there it changes the friction point of the clutch and it feels weird for me then. lol

Cheers, I forgot to post a little about myself. lol. Male, 32 years old. First car was the VL Calais Turbo that you see in the background there in one of the pics during my boy racer youth. (Made it to street commodores at one stage). Was fairly involved in the car seen when younger, now I tend to take a step back and enjoy just cruising around and spending some time with friends. Live near Hustville area (although not in hurstville) Work near north sydney. Went to Maq Uni, studied and graduated in economics. Ermm...what else? Fastest car I have been in, was a 944 Turbo (Would get one of those if I wasn't scared of the maintenance fees).

Been lurking around here and a bit lately. Based in NSW, had my MR2 for about 5 years now and used daily. Will be great to meet some of you sometime, although I know some ppl on here already I know. :) Some pics. Regards Jeff
