finally finished painting and put my eyelids and grill on!!! sorry about the crappy photos let me know what you think i should do next.

ah the router, ive done a fair bit of work in workshops and manufacturing so sort of safety conscious! seen some wicked injuries from using the wrong tool. i love making things like this!! if only i had the money, time and plans to do something like this!! BTW i cleaned up my previous post! sorry! haha keep up the posting on this project im very interested to see how it goes!!

arrrgh!! the use of that router makes me cringe haha. looks like a very clean job, i take it you got the alloy laser cut elsewhere? do you guys have a lot of workshop experience? personally i would have TIG welded it together but only because i love the look of a nice clean perfect weld LOL very nice but!! post more pictures up as you make more!! by lookin at it im guessing you used a stick welder but do correct me if im wrong!!

random question for you. your colour coded mudflaps, have they chipped or flaked at all? im thinking of painting mine for that cleaner look.

hey guys been on the site for about a month or so and its got me started on doing up my wagon haha.. at the moment everything is stock except the rims which i put on this weekend!! mods: - TRD grill waiting for clear coat to dry - eyelids waiting to dry! - 17" kuro rims - calipers sprayed - pioneer bluetooth deck - 6'' splits front 6" 3-ways - apexi power intake silver window tint coming soon, and looking for lower springs too!! sorry the photos aren't to great! just took them on m phone!

oooook ive just purchased my pioneer head unit with bluetooth and all that jazz. might purchase my speakers this weekend too! for the 5.25" in the back, what brands have people replaced them with?

yeh mines a normal one.. so 2 n 1/4 inch, and im guessing the muffler cost around $250, and without the flange how much would you think it would be? just checking because i dont want to walk in there and get taken to the cleaners haha!!

hey guys, looking at getting a new exhaust for my corolla. Was thinking something like 2.5" from the cat back. what is a maximum i should be paying for the lot + fitting? i dont want a dodgey job either LOL! ok well i basically have a catback from a hatch. the axle back is flanged, it is just too short aparently i just need extra piping.. can anyone in syd cut and re-weld it for me? how much?

cheers guys!!!!!! yeh pics will be going up soon, gotta give it a wash and then im going to take some before and after shots after i do a little to it!! i think im going to replace all the speakers 1st, couple of 6 inches in the back and splits in the front, then slowly put all the other gear in as i get more $$$ haha..not electric windows unfortunately. cant wait till its finished!! also!!! what would be the best material to use to place between the door and the speaker and what is the best way to fix it to the door? ive used a sponge/foam in my last car and that was ok but not great.

hahahaha nice... i was in vaucluse the other day in a ford falcon RTV ute and was sitting at the lights and a RED p-plater in what i assume was daddies Porsche targa (well if it was his he surely didnt pay for it) was sitting in the inside lane revving at me.. lights changed he kangarooed the car and i just laughed and thought to myself what a tool LOL. Seeing a Porsche kangaroo was priceless!!!

Airbags...if i dont sell it next year, thinking of bagging it...still a thought atm. well if your going to sell it id buy that sportivo lip off u 1st haha
