Looks like I will have to reopen them again. Here is a problem (used JB Weld but it looks like I didnt use enough):
Also after washing a car I noticed that they fogging. Do I need to seal them better?

Thank you all for the feedback. I have to admit that it was scary. 1st time I was opening headlights it didn’t go too well (oven wasn’t hot enough). Also when cutting reflector I cut it way to small and then gradually widened the opening with high speed sanding disc. The 2nd time it was much easier.
I’m very happy with the end result. I will give it a wash and take shots on the weekend. Waiting for the Philips D2S 5000K (85122CM) and see how they perform.

I'll take some photos on the weekend so you can judge for yourself :)

Decided to scrap a 1st post. My retrofit is nearly finished. All parts ready to go in.
Yes it was quite scary but not as hard as I thought it would be.
Just quick thanks to you guys for all tips and big thanks to poohbear for his support.
My end result looked like this:
I wasnt too happy with it but I needed a car to drive. Ordered new shrouds. Had a few days off so decided to pull it apart again. I preheated oven to 180C. Switched it off and put headlight in for 5.5 minutes. Lens prayed off really easy. Then next headlight in.....
Pulled out projector.
Using sanding yellow sponge from bunnings (very fine but cant remember the number) I wetsanded leflectors and headlights. Then Primed it and left over night.
Next morning paint spray (Engine Enamel High Temp Glossy Black)
Left to touch dry.
Next Projector shrouds.
They didnt fit as I expected so I needed to widen lens oppening and glue to the projector.
Diner time ...!!!!!
Ok headlights are dry and ready to reasemble.

Yes I will use JB Weld. Also I pinpoint problem. It looks like there is a problem with a light bulb. I used the second one in the projector and it was perfect. I took some photos. I'll post them after all is completed.

I thought about it.
Also I need to spray paint top part of the projectors with chrome color. I seen in Bunnies chrome spray paint but I'm not sure if it will be good enough for the high temp. Any suggestions?

Thanks for that.
I have another problem. I went to the Nissan dealer spare parts but they couldnt find the sealer. These numbers on the photo arent a part number ones. Can anyone suggest what I can use to reseal headlights or what is the proper part number for the sealer.

Pioneer AVIC900BT is a very nice unit.

I have changed shrouds. They fit projectors. However how do I fit them? There no clips or anythink.

Hi all. I need help/advice with above setup. I bought CD-BTB200 and Have problem using my Omnia with it. Looking for the new phone that will work with the unit. I was wondering if anyone has an above setup and could comment.

I tried to do so but it appears that carriage is not removable. Whole thing is moulded as one piece. I will try Toyota spare parts place and post back.
-
Same problem here. It doesnt look like we can change it. Maybe whole thing needs to be taken apart.
-
It looks like I will have to get some different shrouds.
Yes I got these from ebay US.

It shouldnt be a problem. However I think it looks better as it is.

Someone reversed in his car smashing front and damaging headlights. These 2 babies were untouched and it was love at the 1st sight ... err. I have ordered gatling gun shrouds and the clear lenses. Now waiting for all bits to arrive and then I'll try to put it in. I hope all goes well.
