Hey im with you, i have a 2004 Hiace LWB in the 3.0 L diesel and I was thinking the same thing, need to look at changing the diff center and giving it a final drive of about 2.5 instead of 4.1. Need more speed with less RPM. I just dont know if there is an easy option though. Any one now if it can be changed, or of any good diff joints in Sydney..??
