2002 Tarago Ultima - how do you change the GPS Disk ?

Sorry, I meant where is the nav disk situated in the 2002 Tarago (not the Camry) -
Our 2002 Ultima Tarago has served us well - but the GPS is now fairly outdated. I recently purchased a 2008 Camry Grande with V14 GPS - so a good opportunity to perhaps upgrade - Questions ? 1. Is the V14 disk compatible with the 2002 Tarago ? 2. Hey - where's the GPS disk - can't see or find it anywhere and they sure don't tell you in the manual ? Is it easy to access - any tips etc Any advice appreciated !
