  1. got 6.5 inch up front and i believe the back is a 6-inch at most
  2. i think blitz is only for sportivo engines i've tried looking in Perth as well before but i think you need to get from someone in the east
  3. yeah this topic covered quite often If you have a ZZE Corolla i have found the best way to stop this is NOT to use the external air option. and ONLY use recycle. For some reason once you use the outside air, then turn shut the car off and give it time to cool off, the next time you start the car it will stink like clothes that havent been tried properly. I have tried the Glen 20 and other options before but those are usually a temporary fix which require regular re-sprays. Try not using the external air, it helped for me.
  4. hmm...i think that estimate just about silenced everyone? hahaha
  5. So the service department wont get rid of the sound for you? that is poor form. You should tell them that it doesnt matter if it harms the engine or not, the sound wasnt there before they touched it so they should get rid of it If "swooshing" is a good way to describe the sound you are hearing.. i have had that problem before too...actually i still have it.. but i brought it back to mechanic so many times to get rid of the sound i cant be stuffed anymore. But if it is the same as what I had, its because they drained/changed the coolant and didnt completely clear out the air pockets running in the pipes of the cooling system. hence when engine first turns it will make the swooshing sound. But apparently harmless as there is still sufficient coolant...its just the air pockets.
  6. the bosch aero twin on my shiney clean car
  7. goes pretty well if you have those C-One wing tips! like on the blue one in this thread
  8. haha pictures??? they dont really alter the look of the car mate. they are just plain black but smoother and cleaner than factory ones. Will try get some up soon
  9. Check out these new taillights i found on ebay! Fresh new look! http://cgi.ebay.com.au/Crystal-Black-Tail-...1QQcmdZViewItem What i dont understand is...why do they make projector headlights for Echo's and Yaris' but not Corolla? Surely there is a larger market in Corollas given it is the number 1 selling car in Australia before the new Commodore came out.
  10. ecu reset might help mate. it tends to help on 1zz corollas
  11. Got a set of these fitted over the weekend and they are a treat. Silent and efficient. The thickness takes some getting used to though when compared to the standard wipers. whats the part # for this? any trimming required to fit? Part Numbers are BBA550 and BBA475 they arent the exact length as factory individually, but total to be roughly the same. nah straight switch - no other bits needed
