i think its a uv coat. even with plasticx it was hard to polish off. is this your zre lights or your new project car?

ZRE lights,=. Ive just got hold of a kiler 3M small buffing pad/headlight restoration kit and some plastX. Its 80% done... I just needed something a little more aggressive...the 3M jobbie should do the trick.
