  1. well my question is - is buying a used 2009 Kluger KX-S AWD but with 44,000kms worth it for around $38k drive away? certainly has the features (leather seats, rev camera, towbar, roof racks, etc etc).

That seems to be a fair price.

These are around 60K when brand new.

Keep in mind that there has been a slight facelift on the 2011 model Kluger.

  2. Hello to everyone, I purchased one Bridgestone tyre from K-mart yesterday [11/11] in Fairfield, Syd, for $385.00 fitted & balenced.

The salesman informed me that they have a special at the moment if you buy 4 tyres you get a $100.00 fuel card, and cash back from Bridgestone totalling $100.00

for this month only. Seems a fair deal to me if your in the market for original tyres.

    cheers john.

It seems to be a fair deal with the fuel card offer. In other words your getting the Wheels for $360 each instead of $385.

  3. At the end of the day it comes to a persons own personal choice really.

Even though Camry and Aurion are Family Vehicles, you can still do mods on them here and there to make it stand out and be unique.

While at the same time, you can go places or long drives in comfort, have extra room, boot space etc....

The chances of getting defected in a sooped up Camry or Aurion is much less than a Modified Sports car.

  4. JUst as a note for those who are interested in Toyota Genuine the pre-facelift foglights were a lot cheaper than the facelift ones (I think about half the price from memory)

back in 2006, Toyota quoted me approx $900- $1000 for the Gen 5.5 (2004-2006) Genuine fog lights.

Not sure what the prices were like for the gen 5 (2002-2004) genuine foglights.

  5. The Foglights from a pre-facelift (Gen5 - 08/02-08/04) to the post-facelift (Gen 5.5 - 08/04-X/06) are completely different and are not exchangeable. You must buy a 08/04-06 set of lights. Just by visuals alone you should be able to tell this.

Yes, you’re absolutely correct there Andrew.

Back then, the seller had these fog lights listed as 2002-2006 instead of 2002 –2004.

He was happy to refund it so no issues there. :)

  6. now ive seen one eGay that i am particularly fond of, (link here) and was wondering whether i would have any electrical cut off problems or fitting problems itself, becuase as it says on the add " 05-08 corolla "

From the picture, the shape of the fog light frames looks as it will fit ok.

I ordered fog lights for a gen 5 Camry (by mistake as i have gen 5.5) from this ebay seller a few years ago,

these look similar to the one you want (without the tints)..
