do shoot me for saying this. but we should start a group on facebook. ive been sucked into it cause everyone at work is on it. but ive found a sportivo group on there already (with 1 member so its not technically a group yet). but yer, just an idea as theres apps to show off your cars and organise events and everything. since we are a group with something to show off. .. just thought it might work? anyhow, just an idea. i know how these things can fizz out on another note i got a new job so i should be able to get out more often, cause i havent been through in months now. sigh*

i plan on attending again soon - just keep getting tied up im keen for a wittle drives too. gangstas rollin in da rollas i might drag with me walkie talkie in future?

hope things dont dissipate cause its fortnightly. i know i havent been turning up much, but thats just due to work. i know its been pulling small crowds of late, but slowing it down for me will mean that theres even few meets ill be able to make it too. someone needs to pimp their rolla with a 46" screen and PS3 and a mini bar so we can all relax some. that and some more inspiration. like fireballs down the side of neebo. maybe some short parades in our rollas with heads up for walkie talkies. its awesome hearing a bunch of stivos cruise down the road and makes ya feel part of a gang when you come up to loud mouth bogans in skyrinds at the lights :P my rant, prolly swing through the loop tomorrow since im on holidays atm.

i'll be at data#3 by the sounds, but prolly in my mates sp23. for some reason i'm not allowed to drive my car along to his meet :o

i'll prolly swing past the loop tonight to see if anyone is there depend how my night pans out. btw, re that dyno day, i know its filled up already, but thought i should mention that i'm working that day, so'll have to try for the next. thanks for the invite tho, part of the reason i hang around you guys :P has anyone searched crystal cove on youtube? we should have meets like that

sorry missed the PM hdache, i looked up gregory terrace and theres one in every suburb but milton, so dunno where it is yet. innercitybypass helps a bit. missed last week cause i was at the coast working. should be out this week if i can find yas, lost you guys 2 times now so i have been for nearly a month cause you keep shifting at the last minute :P ..

nice one, can we make a pack to choose where to meet the week before or something. again, i found an empty carpark tonight cause i didnt come from home and been busy of late. youll loose new ppl if you shift at the last minute like this. not coming out now, did too many lappies for nothing waiting for you guys to not turn up.

if we really want some awesome shots, we need to have a meet at noon one weekend, everyone with a waxed car, all sportivos, all with fog lamps installed, walkietalkies in hand for coordination, and we'll go somewhere nice and green.

yer well thats not cool. where is the pool? i turned up late at data3 and no one at the church.. curious to hear why "we will prolly be in bit more **** if we just go back to data #3" is all about. did hdache drive through the lobby of data3 trying to get out? :P that madza boys where looking at me while i did a lap, so i'm not the only ones you ditched :(

yah, was my first night there .. didnt get to meet everyone but ill definately be out for the rest of febs meets while i'm on hols. joint needs some flood lights or something to light up the place up? big thanks to northy for the fireworks in the form of a fireball down the side of the mountain. think i'll go find myself a good walkie after tonight

heh, well it came good on the way home, and it was good allday yesterday. infact too good, turned me to jelly how quick it takes off over 100. i will be giving toyota a call cause i dont want it happening at a bad time and putting me in danger. just been busy on me holidays atm :P still love the car to death and wouldnt have bought anything else. and yer i'll be using the warranty . which i extended to 6years when i bought it.

weird thing happened tonight when i was out driving. was doing 80k/h in 6th when i noticed the issue. i dropped it back to 4th to speed up without lifting, and at 4000rpm it was gutless and rpm needle didnt move. heard an overly louder whooshing air noise from the motor. trying to get it up to 100kmh was horrid. pulled back off to 60kh and having same issues. 4th wouldnt do anything, went to 3rd and it built up speed but was very poor. got it up to 6000rpm in 3rd and hardly felt the lift at all took it easy and pulled over and check some unplugged sensors and the like. check air filter was down and clear. engine idled well, just under 1k. sounded ok not under load, left her off for a little prolly not long enough to get computer to repick mix (dunno if rollas work like this tho (new car)). took off. seems 'OK' in low gears take off, but again at higher speeds in higher gears it just lost as soon as it needed to use decent torque. drove to the coast just fine earlier that day, seemed ok coming out of the city earlier. been on the tank of 98ron for the past 200km without issue. oil was ok. when i got to my destination, i parked for 10mins before heading home. i pushed it hard through 1-2-3 with lifters and it seemed to come back. noise was there for a bit, but by the time i got home (80km round trip) it seemed fine again. talking to a master tech on the phone, he reconed it might have been the ECU getting the mix a bit screwed or the timings. after running through most the points above. not fuel. not oil pressure. no air leak. tho working through my hands on my word was a bit hard for him to work with. think i'll give toyota a call tomorrow see wot they say. get a check up. i'm in a STOCK unmodded rolla stivo 05 that has been prefect for the last 4500KM so yer... anyone had this? ideas?
