Quick question for anyone who's bought a new Echo recently: My Mum picked one up on the weekend and was given 1 remote key and 2 standard keys. This would normally be ok, except that the standard key's don't disable the alarm upgrade installed by the dealer. This means that if she happens to lose the remote key she can't drive the car as the alarm won't disengage. Has anyone else had the same problem when buying an Echo recently? Any help would be appreciated.
