I've heard horror stories about Pedders, really wouldn't surprise me if they didn't even fit them. I've got much the same issue but my car has crappy aftermarket wheels (will be replaced in time) so I just put it down to that + poor alignment. Might have to invest in this part from Fulcrum. Having 100,000 kay old control arm bushes replaced should probably be considered preventative maintainence anyway... Hi all, I have had my 2008 ZR6 with 25,000km on it for 3 weeks. It had a bad pull to the left problem so I found all the info I needed from this forum and with that info started calling around to get quotes and see who knew what they were talking about. Ended up getting the local Pedders to look into it and they installed a front camber pin kit and a front alignment (no rear alignment needed for my vehicle anyway). They told me the front right wheel camber was out just over one degree, left side was almost spot on. Without the installation of the camber pin kit you can't correct the one degree fault. The reason I chose Pedders and paid a bit more than others quoted is because the guy at Pedders knew what he was talking about, so just ring around and go with the one that has dealt with the problem before and knows what they are talking about. Which pedders did you go to GShadow?

I had the Fulcrum bushes fitted at pedders in geelong and it did nothing. I have my doubts that they actually fit them because they kept putting off a time for me to pick the car up because they had broken an engine mount bolt ( would they need to touch those to fit the bushes? ) and this a was Saturday afternoon. The car still pulls to the left just as much as it did before. How would I be able to check if they have fit the bushes. I am a total dummy when it comes to anything like this lol.

If I was you, I would have immediately gone back armed with a proper digital camera and take pictures of the pot hole. I hit one not too long ago driving at 70KM/h. Damn thing snuck up on me and I hit it smack bang in the middle. Gave me a good fright like the bloody engine fell out. Luckily no damage. Just remember this mate, when it has been raining a lot, expect potholes, as the roads get softer they will start to deteriorate. Well iv'e just been to take a photo of the pothole and it's already been filled in. I don't believe it, it hadn't even been 2 hours since I did it. I also noticed on the drive back there that the car now pulls to the right. I had the Aurion problem of it pulling to the left before hand so I guess there is more damage done than I thought :(

So i'm driving back home on the Calder Freeway in the pouring rain and hit a Pothole, straight away theres a rumble so I know the tyre is flat. Just as this happens I pass another car on the side of the road with their hazard lights on. Then when I try to get the alloy off I hit another problem, I took the locking wheel nut off but can't get the other wheel nuts off because the wheel brace is too big to get into the hole to get the other nuts off so I had to call out the RACV out to change the bloody wheel. When I got home I inspected the wheel and it's bent, so that's a new rim and tyre . What I want to know is can I claim off the Council or Vic roads, or do I suck it up and pay for it myself? :(

Bummer, oh well I suppose I'll just have to live with it.

Does anyone know how to get rid of it? By flat spot I mean when I put my foot down the Aurion takes about 1 second to shift. Is it something that is normal or should I get it looked at? Is it an easy fix or is it going to cost a fortune?

Thanks for the replies guys, I think i'll go for one off e-bay. I got some new rims and tyres today so the spoiler is a must now lol.

How much did it cost to fit it? or did you fit it yourself?

How much would I realistically expect to pay for one? I went to Kyneton Toyota and was quoted $900 to supply spray and fit one. I nearly choked on my way out, or is this what is expected? Iv'e looked on e-bay and seen them for £300 painted, should I go for one of those or stay away?
