Hey, Went over this in a first year law subject. Basically they aren't liable unless they knew about it, and took an unreasonable amount of time to fix it. Pretty ridiculous from our perspective, but it makes sense if you considerer that on a rainy night hundreds of these potholes pop up in no time.

Thanks for your help man, Turns out it was the battery though. A charger lied to me, and jump starting it on two different cars failed. Sometimes you just need to walk away from a problem and come back to it :D can enjoy my uni holidays now!

Hey Guys, Was messing around with the stereo in the Aurion last night (Aux mod) and tried starting it after. ... It didn't start. All I've done so far is check the battery - it's fine. Not sure where to go from here? Fuse maybe? Which one, though? Any ideas would be appreciated! (I feel like the biggest ****** already so please don't reinforce that) Thanks!

Hey guys, I've been reading all the posts regarding oil changes and was just wondering if the oil filter wrench is necessary. My last car, which also happened to be my first, just required a good hard twist, but that was with the conventional filter. The reason i ask is 'cause i'm hoping to get the job out of the way tomorrow morning... I don't want to start the job and the realise I have to order the proper wrench. Thanks for your help! ...My bad, found the answer in another post.
