  1. mate i've just had 2 hid bulbs blow in 3months not happy, bought replacements from germany, one has blown since, speaking to a guy in USA, toshiba have now replaced the philips, so he says, so looking to order 2, for around $60 in total, this is the response from ebay Hello there! These are direct replacements. Toyota switched to Harison-Toshiba D4S bulbs in around 2007. Since then the Philips bulbs have been phased out. Serge @ GenuineXenon hope that helps and yes i agree, these bulbs suck!
  2. just read your thread, i have the same problem, just spoke to toyota artarmon, the service guy was great,$30 for the globe, if these cars are out in the millions as the corollas seem to stock these lights as the norm can't see why they are so hard to find and so hard to replace, if only they were as easy as changing a light bulb, i might be an expert when i get to see mine being changed, the 20000 volts scared me off but will keep you guys posted
  3. Hi guys, today i drove over the harbour bridge in my levinZR doing 50, went to increase my speed and the accelerator locked, mind you i am a p plater and aged 35(another story later), panicked, speed was getting higher, jammed the break but it was like a rock, pushed down the accelerator and it bounced back up, happened twice and i'm still shaking, spoke to toyota service, never heard of the problem, they also said the levinZR has no accelerator cable just a spring and a sensor, so booked in for a service, anyone else have this problem? only 65,000klms, oh and no mat.
  4. Forget I said that. I had read some information incorrectly. That said though, it can still be done, but you would have to be well aware of what you're doing to get it running. lol , you guys crack me up.........
  5. silly question, if some one breaks into it, do they just push start??
  6. Yep, advertised with 39,000kms, when i pcked it up it had 42,000, apart from that it ROCKS!! , very nice car inside and out, couldn't help myself so decided to give it a wash and clean lol, thanks again for your help, being new at this will definitely ttry to catch up as wanting to get extra's lol

Juvenile, your a legend, i feel so much more at ease , location at punchbowl , the guys is rushing me a bit, but i'll have the revs check done he also has 2 receipts , one for 1000kms and the other for 6000, i'm at crows nest it has 6000kms and i'm asking $21K, deposit has been paid but awaiting some final checks i'm really really appreciative!!!!
