    i payed $1000 with a service becasue it was due. a little steep but i know the guy was good at what he does and i wouldve paid anything just to see those revs stay in LIFT

    hey just got my clutch replaced with a heavy duty clutch and machined the fly wheel. my car now stays in lift from first to second and so on!! :) im so happy if u have the problem of changing gears i recommend u do this!!! it will solve the problem

    no the clutch isnt slipping i just have trouble getting it from 1st to second at high revs.. is there a certian clutch i should get? and what will the lightened fly wheel achieve sorry dont know too much

    your average corolla does not rev that high? yes but i have a sportivo and he was standing next to the car and he had serviced it before. the clutch i have is the original and it ahs done 130000 kms, so do u reccomend me to change it? how much will that cost?

    and the other day i went to a mechanic and told the problem. "when i try and change from 1st to second at around 7,500 rpm to 8000rpm the gears crunch and it feels like i cant find the the gear" he looked at me weird and said that i shouldnt be changing gears that high.... WHY would he say such a thing?

    yeah i have the same problem and it is really starting to annoy me!!! does anyone know any good mechanics in sydney castle hill so i can get this done by someone who knows what they are doin??

    yeah i thats what i have noticed that the prices are so varied. this guy at strathfield told me he can get me some installed for 250 dollars. i might just get them from him, his price is in the middle and if something goes wrong i know where he works lol.

    DUDES ive been looking everywhere for a TRD CAI!!! i cannot find one, i live in sydney .. ive checked castle hill toyota dealership, they dont sell them anymore, same with Windsor Toyota, that dont sell them either.... cant find newhere to get one?? can someone please help where i can find one, online maybe or somewhere in syd?? thanks

    thought i post an update here that i went TODAY Toyota dealership in syd the one on victoria avenue and he told me that they dont sell TRD CAI's anymore!!!!!! :o not sure if this has been posted or not thought id let everyone know :( im looking for CAI myself where can i get one from in syd now??

    hey guys, im in syd looking to get a new performance exhaust for the corolla sportivo 04' I dont want a loud exhaust, looking for a very quiet one actually. only want it for performance... does anyone have any opinions on which one i should get and where abouts? thanks all.

    been having alot of problems getting in it into 1st to 2nd gear in high revs, it just crunches ... im not sure if its me or the car, ive heard that there has been problems with the corolla sportivos gearbox ... im not sure what the prob is.. shud i change gearbox oil or something? anyone else had this problem?? thanks
