Ok so it may be complete coincidence but when I punched in both serial numbers (I've got the front strut and rear sway bars) on the malaysian website they were both confirmed and had the same purchase dates as when I purchased them. I purchased at different times. So unless dffoo1972 copied the serial number of the original and found the original being sold at the same time then I'm just thinking the Aus dealer just doesn't like competition..

If I do have fakes they are of amazing quality and have proved themselves time and time again

Nice, plates are looking good. Looks like you may need to clean up the back one a touch, just where the marks are under the slimline plate otherwise I reckon it will go rather well.....wish I could get slimlines but the combination I'm looking at wont allow it

Yeh mate, lower grille to be meshed (same mesh as top) and one pic with blue and the other in silver would be good.....I'm thinking of not adding the badges either for the side as it's actually looking a lot cleaner on the side :D Loving the progress so far....No rush to finish it though, I can be a very patient person.......(my job at times has me sitting on the train at one signal for up to 6hrs, so I know how to relax and wait :P )

Welcome to the club mate :) I'm also admittedly a ford man to the bone with most of the family cars being toyota's. I ended up with my Aurion because it was just an all round better car than the XR6 (ford's equivalent) and it was cheaper. Never looked back and loving every day with her. I'm sure you'll be much the same :D

Wow, I didn't know that you could verify the bars. Just entered my serial number into the Ultra Racing Malaysia website and the product came back as the real deal. So now I can confirm 100% that at least the "dffoo1972" seller is selling the true Ultra Racing bars. I have a feeling that the others are as well and are just being very competitive.

Ah ***** man. You got scammed by the looks of it. There's actually an eBay seller that I think sells the real deal. Username dffoo1972.

I can vouch for the seller "dffoo1972" as I purchased both the front strut and rear sway (anti roll) bars. If they're not the real deal then they are amazing copies....

If your tracking your car I'd probably look into the handling or braking before power, but that's just me. Handling I'd look at wheels and tyres, although can get expensive, but wouldn't know what ones to look at. Maybe one of the Corolla guys who track their cars could offer some insight.

Anyway it shall be interesting to see how you go with this :)
