  1. Sweet ride, awesome paint job, looks a stunner (and that's only photo's, can only imagine how good it is irl) and I don't mind the wheels. Nice burnout, shame about the loss but good time. Keep at it :)
  2. Sweet ride. Be good to see the finished product with your future plans installed
  3. Here's just a few pics of my ride prior to getting a tint done. In the pics the car has an (unable to see) aftermarket head unit which still runs off the steering wheel controls and does the job nicely. Also have a set of Destino Claw Chrome 18x8 mags with Hankook Ventus V8 RS tyres. Currently (will try to find some pics) also have a 35% tint which goes very well with the whole gothic look of the car. Have a few plans for the future but they will come after I've paid more of the house off.
  4. What fuel you use: BP unleaded 91 How many Km's you get to a tank: 600-700 depending on driving style and throttle control [or lack of ;) ] What your Avg 100km/L is: Between 8.1 and 8.5 (if I thrash it then I see ~9.5) What sort of driving is this based on: About 90% of constant highway driving at 100km/h with the other 10% driving around the suburbs. When I worked in Melbourne the daily commute from Bendigo was on the freeway at 110km/h for the most part and average was 7.3 although on one tank I had 6.5 (I was stoked). Since then my commute is now an hour drive and have changed wheels and tyres since. Been very happy with fuel usage rates even when thrashing it, have tried higher octane for a about 6 months but was seeing higher fuel usage and experienced no recognisable power difference so changed to the cheaper stuff.
  5. Hey guys, I'm Benji and I drive a Black 2008 Aurion Touring Thought I'd join this site as it has good info for toyota owners. I've loved me car since I bought it and done a couple of simple things to it - nice dark tint, gothic mags (being black the car pulls off the gothic look nicely) and aftermarket head-unit. Looking forward to being a member of this forum and hoping to learn as much as I can take in
