Hi guys,

when i first drove my corolla i noticed that when i push the throttle to move off the lights or similar, it first does nothing, and when i go down a bit more it suddenly starts moving quite fast. I could probably get used to this but its kinda annoying.

Also on hills etc. i have like 10cm that i can go down on the accelerator and nothing happens but i guess thats normal for this type of engine.

So my question is...is there a way to get the pedal to be smoother? So it doesnt accelerate so sudden but instead starts moving very smooth?

what does the JDM wakaba leaf represent/mean?

one question regarding the footwell lights...do you have a switch to manually turn them on? or do they turn on with the dome light? because on page 1 the doors are closed but lights are on.

after christmas/new years is fine. im only allowed to drive the car after christmas since its a present...Cuong if you're putting in new lights how about i buy the old ones of you? Or are they no good anymore?

my name is Sebastian and i'm 17 years old. I was born in Germany and I now live in Sydney (Northern Beaches area). I recently got my P's. And what do you need when you have your Ps? A car. So thats what i got. Bit of an early christmas present...my dad bought me and his gf (yea i have to share) a 2007 corolla hatch since we got a good deal for it and we're familiar with the dealership. Sadly its automatic because im not allowed anything else but oh well.

I came across this forum looking for modified corollas, since in all honesty i dont find the corolla to be good looking. But as with all cars, you can always make them look the part.

We have one other car in the family which is also a toyota, a 2009/2010 Landcruiser Prado. heres a pic:

Anyways, hope you guys can help me on some questions and maybe i can come to some of the meets:)
