Is there a way that you can replace the bulb on the fan control switch without taking it to the dealer to fix

Hi Out there Just joined today.I have a Yaris YR fitted with the safety pack,auto and is caribbean blue.I have had it since new and had to be built in Japan to my specifications as there was none in Australia at the time,took about 3 months to get it.Best small car l have driven.
