  If its similar to the pre-facelift, then release tabs are at 4.30 to 5 o'clock and bout the same on the other side, like 7-7.30. Slip a smooth credit/video store card under the black base and get you fingernails under there, pulling out at the same time and you try to push the release tab back. Careful if you do use a screwdriver. I didnt have a problem with scratching, rather the width of the blade 'denting' the front bar. Good luck, hope its the same as the pre-facelift!
