  1. Hi paul, Mate like you said, a verbal contract means sweet FA. You have signed the contract and you cannot get out of the contract uptil 3 months. Mate if you turn the contract page, on the top right corner it states that the dealer has to deliver the vehicle to the customer within 3 months.......... I reckon your best bet is to ask them to give you a loan vehicle........ Good luck
  2. Hello guys, i have just recently fueled my Kluger Grande for the third time. When i purchased the car, i got a full tank of fuel and since then i have fueled my car twice....Just recently i filled 64l of fuel and when i clicked on the reset button (DISP) , the message was 468km cruising range.....Surely that cant be right???I should have lot more cruising range than 468km?????i've got both my fuel receipts and as soon as i get some time i am gonna work out the l/100km average myself...........Busy with Father duties! Just before i fueled my car for the first time , the cruising range was below 20km. So obviously i thought i had bugger all fuel left in the car but a full tank of fuel took only 62l. So really i had another 10l left in the car. Now i do know that the display screen wont let me drive the car until my last drop on fuel but surely with 10l still left in the car the average p/100km shown has to be wrong.....Hope i am not confusing you guys??? Would like to know what you guys think about the above message....I know it will never give me a perfect reading (i am assuming) but i think the Kluger cruising range is miles of target ay?????? cheers
  3. My new car had 58km ! I am assuming they drove the car to fuel the tank, tinting etc i guess! i was just so excited to drive the car, i didnt wanna make a big fuss about it! Well there is nothing much i could do anyway .
  4. Hi guys, I have successfully transfered all my contacts from my Iphone4 to my car. Thought i should share it with you guys. Method: 1. First i transfered all my contacts from my iphone to my laptop (microsoft outlook). 2. Transfered all the contacts from my laptop via bluetooth to a nokia phone. To do this first select all the contacts on the laptop and click on file----then click on send via bluetooth------select the nokia phone or any other phone which supports bluetooth (ofcourse apart from a Iphone). 3. Registered my nokia phone as a second phone in the car. 4. Selected all contacts on my nokia and transfered to the Grande. Eaaaaasy! Cheers
  5. Cheers Guys! Its bloody awesome to drive! Very happy so far with the car but i must say that iam very disappointed with the car speakers. We spend all that money and you get middle range speakers! Its sad really! Will upgrade to something nice later when i get a chance..........
  6. Has anyone used the FW1 cleaning products??? Click on the link below please: http://www.fw1.com.au/page/products.html If yes, what do you guys think of the product? cheers
  7. Thanx Matty for your suggestions. So its clay bar, polish and wax (Mequiars). Mate is that the exact name written on the container because i am gonna buy one asap.... cheers
  8. Ronnyboy mate have you done it on your car??? i mean put the paint protection on by yourself? If yes how did you go?
  9. My new Grande pics! Ahh! I love this car! What a feeling!
  10. Cheers Mate! I really appreciate it! Will load some pictures of my car soon. Just busy at the moment with kids. Later
  11. Hey guys, Has anyone successfully transfered their Iphone contact via bluetooth into the kluger??? I have read few posts regarding similar topics but i didnt find any firm answer's. Can it be done? I have tried to transfer the contacts but the system in the car waits for my iphone to start sending the contacts to it.....I cant see any option on the iphone to send it via bluetooth (mms and email only). I beleive its a lot easier with other phones and i had to have a iphone hahaha! Any suggestions would be really appreciated ! Cheers
  12. AAMI was the winner for me guys! AAMI are a good $300-$400/pa cheaper than toyota car insurance. Cheers
  13. Hello guys, Just got my new Kluger Grande today. I was wondering what you guys think about getting the graze guard protection??? Do i really need it for my car (colour: Black)??? I got quoted $450 for the glaze gaurd protection which apparently is better than the paint protection. I can get the paint protection for maybe $100 cheaper i guess..... So really it comes down if its worth getting this galze guard protection??? IF yes! Is $450 a good price or should i shop for after market glaze gaurd protection for my black kluger......The finance guy reckons its almost a must to have atleast the paint protection on a black car....My problem is i hate all car dealers and i dont beleive a word any of them say to me. What do you guys reckon? Has anyone got the glaze guard protection??? After market or Toyota protection??? Cheers
  14. Colour : Black Why do you ask anyway??? What deal did you get??? You care to share?
  15. Hey mate i dont think you can pull out of the contract. You can pull out of the contract if the toyota dealer does'nt deliver your new car to you within 3 months (unless he has stated in the comment section of the contract that you cannot cancel the contract for XYZ reasons). Have a look at the back page of your toyota contract, to the top right. It tells you what ive said above. I am picking my new kluger grande in 2 days but its been 11 days past 3 months. So i can go there on the day of the delivery and tell my dealer that i dont want the car. He still has to give me my deposit back to me. Ofcourse i would never do this hahaha! Good Luck!
  16. Hey guys, I am finally getting my Kluger Grande in 2 days time. I was wondering what you guys think about toyota car insurance??? I dont know the figures yet but will make my mind up on the day of the delivery. Currently after a bit of research, AMMI is the winner for me in Perth (considering my driving history). Any suggestion would be really appreciated. Cheers
  17. Cheers Matty! Honestly paying $340 is not the issue for me but sometimes taking care of 2 young kids and taking a car for servicing can be a challenge. I rather prefer my own machnic who has a mobile business to come to my house and service the car for me. Also i trust the bloke with his work. On the other hand like ash said (above) if i dont take my car for my sheduled service they might not honour the warrenty. Thanx guys! I really do appreciate your time to respond to my question.
  18. Mate i would recommend you to go to Grand toyota on wanneroo road. Remember there are 2 toyota dealers in Wanneroo, Grand toyota i think is the biggest toyota showroom in WA. Good luck! Ask for a guy called Lee (english guy). He's good mate! Cheers
  19. Hello, Guys i would like to know if i or anyone need to service their brand new car every 6 months????Do i relly need to service a new car twice a year and spend $340??? (capped at $170). I am sure its obvious that i am not a mechanic but its just a question to improve my knowledge....My previous brand new car did about 45000kms in just under 5 years, thats very less kms and i serviced the car (mazda) once every year (private mechanic)and the car till date is in great condition . Ofcourse during the year i always topped up the oil etc..I do realise that every user is different, my mate drives 50000-60000kms in a year and serviceing his car twice a year is a must i guess...I would be lucky to drive 4000-5000kms in six months, i dont beleive my car need a $170 service after such low kms....Toyota says we need to service the car every six months or 10000kms whichever is earlier.... Any suggestions?? cheers
  20. Thanx mate! I think everyone should watch the link you have posted above. Cheers
  21. Cheers Noodle boy and Matt. I really appreciate you guys passing your knowledge and experience. Thanx Have you guys read my topic about the kluger bluetooth?? its posted right below this topic.
