  1. Okay after buying my car for almost 2 year i decided to shop around for Fog lights for the car So far ive come across this. http://www.ebay.com/...#ht_3836wt_1187 its a universal fitment and its 3 1/2 half inch but im just wondering if anyone here could help me you reckon those universal fog lights is suitable fitment to my car? i measure my fog light hole atm its 3.42inch so the size for that part im gonna order is 3.5inch so short only 0.2 shouldnt be a problem right? or should i go order a proper OEM Fog light from the UK ebay? reason i chosen those universal coz it has those DRL colour interchangeable im mainly looking at the White one so its kinda like 2 in 1 DRL + Fog light and its under $100 ya know? let me know what you guys think Thanks in advance.
  2. hahah thanks guys for the tips!! but man, stick on the Acceleration pedal? isnt that dangerous man? i got owned by toyota when i brought in my car the other time, when my carpet matt was in the way of the pedal preventing it from going full throttle, the guy who service my car was pretty mad at me and telling me it could kill you blah blah blah if you dont fix it ... :| at first i was thinking of getting a Throttle controller on my car since they have those Economical Mode to SP 1 - how ever many number you can set it to, but not sure whether its really worth it and does it really save fuel when you set it to ECO mode? anyone has one of these device on they car???
  3. ahhh i see, yeh i shall do that in excel right away. but a question, what do you reckon still tho? filling up the fuel weekly regardless how much fuel left you got, or use up till the last bar of fuel left then go fuel up?
  4. Hiiii guysss =]] im just trying to work this thing out on "Saving Money on Fuel" Considering its getting quite expensively just to drive a car. My car is a ZRE152R Corolla MY10 1.8L Currently what ive been undergoing with the test myself on saving money on fuel so far when its almost empty like as low as possible, leaving only 1 bar left on fuel (1 week & half) is 565km (Range)with filling to FULL Tank of fuel Cost me around close to $65-$70 on V-power Shell during (1.65 per/L) Today Shell V-power was (1.53 per/L) so when filled up, My fuel tank before filling was 3 bar & a half of Fuel. After a Full tank of fuel, my Range only stop at 555km (Range) <<< now that im abit confuse, isnt it suppose to be more Km since i have more fuel still? im reallll lost there but anyway, end up costing me $49.99 =] so was quite happy about that saving almost $20 dollars. but my concern is in the long run like annually? which way would save more money on fuel, getting it when its near Low Fuel or choose a day which is the cheapest which is usually around tuesday or wednesday for me. and just get it weekly? my previous run was always get it when its low, and ive got 565 km (Range) out of it so today was just a bit shock with only 555km (Range) and its same Fuel tank...not knowing whats going on... well let me know guys what you think???? p.s everytime i fuel up my car, tyre pressure is always check at 34psi on four wheels~ (apparently) that reduced 3% of fuel Consumption if you maintain it well LOL....so yeh thats what my friend told me... but yer cheers, Regards, Ceejay
  5. yehhh man totally agreed. to me i reckon police should really pay attention to those car who seriously have some exhaust issue and blowing out black smoke and stuff man i hate those...hahahha
  6. yeh just very unlucky man~ sigh...cops these day...i remember when i got owned for not wearing a helmet while riding my bike, and there were heaps of people doing that after school, and out of all those people he could catch he chose me like wat the hell? so yeh but indeed there are alot of cars with illegal stuff, liked the one i saw 20mins ago coming from work, there was this Holden Cruz Red (Tinted Black) i cant even see the driver or passenger and has all those racing sticker and tow hook thing you have but his one seems different.. and the funny thing is the infront of me is a police, as im waiting for him to turn in to the police station...he didnt even bother looking at the red holden opposite of him..
  7. Brake caliper painting haha I can't wait to do that on mine only pain is gotta leave it 24hrs dry for better result. As for led Parker light sweet yeh mine are white but for some reason when I drive at night on the side of the road it reflects out like whitish/purple/blue hahahah weird... What you mean by that? what's ADR and 2 rules for after market lol sorry for stupid question I'm new to car modding world >=pGotta agreed with huey if police wanna defect you they will find anything to defect you it's s*** especially the amount we pay for rego+insurrance and expect us to drive a boring stock car?! Lol no thanks
  8. Ah i seeee, well over here at gold coast i dont even know where is a good exhaust place i just when to this place called southport exhaust lol~~ and got mine done there. still good but i shall have take a good look around the exhaust you mention when i bring it over to my friend garage when he help me with some stuff on the car. LED PARKER are illegal to have on???? >=o coz ive that just liked yours changed everything to LED SMD lol coz it lookss "Koool bro" >=] man...now im worry...
  9. Yep - HWP - Highway Patrol.. complete tools.. seriously got nothing better to do than ding me for BS reasons... VIC police (mainly HWP) are getting way more strict on P Platers now.. and that really pisses me off, because when I'm driving on the road, it's mainly full licensed drivers I see that drive like twits. Nah I actually took it to another place.. good thing I did cos the place I took it to showed me how bad of a job the place I originally got my work done at .. *cough cough* DANDY EXHAUSTS NEVER AGAIN *cough cough*.. the guy was really professional - been in the business for 35 years now and I will be sure to come back to him when it's time for me to get my custom stainless catback job done. Thought soo yeh hwp here are crazy also and i swear they toyota are pack with turbos or some kind of super charge engine, i remember last time i drove on the highway at like around 11:30pm ish the police was just parking on the middle of the higywat between both ways then suddenly turn on light and REVVVVVV like insanely chasing me then realising he when passed me and was chasing some p plater ahead of me in some old import car i think it was a old skyline lollll.. But u mention early the dandy place what you mean by doing a bad job on a exhaust?? Is this possible to pin point out yourself??
  10. haha maybe ill scrap the racing tow hoook, just incase for now and see what happens later when i feel like having it installed on. but sorry for a noob question whats HWP stand for? lolll highway police? but yeh my fiancée dad was telling me about how strict on modding cars coz he doesnt like it when i mod my car, and telling me how NSW law are more strict than QLD espcially on P-platers etc, but yer~ i guess qld tend to target ppl with cars that are from import or older cars that has modification done outside and inside and yet they are P plates. did you take you car in where you got the S10 installed?
  11. man huey~ well glad to know you got it all sorted out, but im still stoke cant believe you had to get another muffler fitted just to quiet it down a bit.... ><" isnt xforce s10 twinloop exhaust legal in australia to have to begin with??? and tow hook? thats real bs, guess i wont be having one install on my car now...sigh... but hey you reckon this will also consider as a SHARP object?? http://www.ebay.com/itm/Mazda-3-Mazdaspeed3-Racing-Red-Tow-Hook-New-/250926952167?pt=Motors_Car_Truck_Parts_Accessories&vxp=mtr&hash=item3a6c696ee7#ht_2884wt_952 was thinking of having that installed on the front where the two little circle hole is..saw someone had it awhile back.
  12. I don't get why u get defect for tint it's not even that dark lol... The places where I go get tinted and stuff if its illegal tint they won't even install it for you. Seems like Police are targeting alot of p-platers with mods =[
  13. oh thanks man for such a fast respond! but oh damn for real? when i installed the SMD LED Parker light yesterday arvo, god damn, its brighter than the one it came in the pack of Philip Crystal Vision 4300k so i was like thinking, if LED can produce that much light just by parker light itself, imagine on the Low Beam head light LOL.... sigh guess it will fit but wont produce enough light, why tho? it just doesnt make anysense to me... coz its definitely wayyy Brighter and Whiter than the 4300HID i have atm lol.. so yeh~ and some of the Ebay items i saw it mention it can be as driving light as wel if you chose not to use as Fog light lamp Bulb.. and another question man, why does your LED burnt out ? too much Volt? should i remove my LED Parker light then??
  14. Hey guys just got some LED SMD parker light install today, just wondering... can i fit the following onto my Low Beam head light instead? like using fog light LED as my main light bulb so its white instead of yellow light? coz i looked at the fog light LED the socket is exactly the same as my main H11 socket so i dont see why i cant know what im saying so anyone know that could explain/help me? My Current Daily night Driving Light (Low Beam) its Philip Crystal Vision 4300k Temp. Just wanna know i sawed some Light bulbs (LEDs) one on ebay for sell that are Light Bulb Type: H11 Light Colour: 5500k Temp White Each Bulb has 18 5050SMD LED 12v 3W Description: Fit car head light H11 Socket package included : 2x LED lights Specification: Fog/Driving lights << *Note* (only some that say driving lights/Fog light use H11) most are FOG light but will that still fit perfectly for my standard h11 Low Beam Socket? reason doing this: so i dont have to go throught the whole HID Ballast Kit all those troublesome just for a light, just want a simple way to achieve the white light temps to match the Parket LED White light... Thanks in advance for any Help / Tip Regards, Ceejay
