i am a spray painter by trade and i get people asking me to paint their car matte black, please tell me is it hard to clean and does bird crap tree sap stain it? cheers also was it C.O.B or 2k matte black cheers?!?!?!

g'day! i am just wondering if anyone has purchased a set of aurion aftermarket tail lights from ebay or anywhere else and what do you think of them?!? i am thinking of purchasing some whether the clear ones or just the red ones, the mars ones on ebay say that they are LED but in the picture it doesnt have the distinct singular LED look can anyone shed any "tail" light on the matter... sorry bad joke, but opportunity was there!!! Cheers

Hmm certainly a talking point about the stockings haha. Im a spray painter by trade and can tell you if you use degreaser to clean your tail lights e.g. wd40 or rp7 this wil cause streaking, fish eyes etc. As these types of degreasers are petrolium based they contain silicon. Silicon is bad. Its like trying to mix oil and water You should be using some type of wax and grease remover eg prepsol pretty much avail. At any car shop.. i paint lights for people all the time, and every time the customer is shocked at how good they look. :)

Thanks DJKOR i appreciate your knowledge its more the cooler looking is why i want climate control.. i have replaved my head unit with a decent double din, looks great. On another note what would you say if i painted my steering wheel trims and left dash trim and door trims (the silver ones that are an inch or so in height) body colour? Which is 8t0 carribean blue? Your opinion is much appreciated also gloss satin or matte clear is my options as im a vehicle painter by trade... Cheers :)

what are these differences? would you know? can you find any of these parts? i just notice that when you change the airconditioner from face to feet for example this takes the mechanisms time to change from face--- to-- feet. i just assumed that all of the inner workings would be the same just with a different control module cluster?!?! cheers!!! :D

g'day im new to the toyota forums and am learning! i have an Aurion AT-X 2008 it has the usual airconditioning knobs cluster, i was wondering if you can change them over with the duel-zone climate control cluster without having to modify anything? Any ideas much appreciated!!!
