  1. :D No not yet....... havent had the pleasure.... Too be honest dont see too many on the roads On a track i doubt there would be a massive difference on the street if the Type R was stock its would be real interesting (i haven modified mine)
  2. Well.....i made it with no real Drama's (apart from running clean off at turn 8) on the very 1st warm up lap mind you :headbang: Screaming rolla came down to check out the festivities and to take some photos. (hope you can post once you get the chance) I couldnt talk Red Rhino into coming but hay next time.... :P The 180 handle's like a train on rails  With progressive rear end slide and minor understeer!!!! :) Power down and esp off the car has just the right amount of HP's all 180 of them to really challenge your skills.... The car really doesnt need anymore power!!! there was times when the power did overwhelm the tyres.... Now Lap times :) :) :) I had 5 sessions throughout the day and slowly worked my best time down to a 1m15...... (hand timed at the start/finish line) Ive never been on the track in a car (plently of times on a bike) so i think based on the lap time records on the wakefield web page the little Pug on "Fairly" worn road Pirellis did pretty well for itself :joker: Heres somwe times from the site... GT Production Cars B Nathan Thomas 1:10.1863 06/05/2001 Honda Integra Type-R National Class Bikes Production Superbike Murray Clarke 1:03.49 04/03/01 1000 Yamaha R1 Mirage Warren Luff 1:10.0956 29/10/2000 Mitsubishi Marage Porsche Cup GT3 Martin Wagg 1:03.7864 25/02/2001 Porsche GT3 Had heaps of fun My buddies who where in a Prelude VTI and and Nissan 200SX where lapping roughly the same pace... There was one lap when the 180 and 200SX dragged down the front straight neck and neck...the 180 can really keep up with Turbos hehe :wink2: Next time though the 200SX stuffed its exit from the last turn onto the straight and i caught and passed him (much to my delight) by the start finish line...... Day was really fun and i hope that next time more can join the Fun
