Hey Ya'll
Not a big deal but I've had some recent PM's in regards to how i lay'd out my cables to connect the iPod so i thought i'd show my Cable Lay-Out for reference.
-
Thank You All :)
-
i see the BC's are going nicely !
they look sweet as !
(in reference to )
Yeah thanks man, i just discovered photo bucket so now i can show ya'll some photos.

Putting spacers on your vehicle will make it defectable as it is not legal.
Might be cheeper buying another wheel aye and not legal.
I'll check around.
Cheers man

Hey guys thought id show ya my presara and ask ya'll a question. When i got my wheel (buddy Club) i set my self for a +38 offset, now i think the front looks good to me but the rears are not so flush just yet. So maybe ill get spacers but is this the way to go? I think ill need 15mm more...!

Hey Guys
Just curious what is the lowest height someone with bc coilovers is running? i want to set a goal but unsure what is possible...
im chasing height of centre wheel to wheel arch, ground to wheel arch and lowest point?
On my first installation the mud guards almost touched the ground. Maybe 2cm off the ground but im not sure how much more I could turn it down. But was very low.
I'll try how ya some photos of the Aurion soon.
(how do i attach photo here?)

Ooooh damn it...
Ha Ha Ha Ha i got the Y cable :s
But its cool im still happy with it :)

Yo Toyota Pride.
Do ya know if it works with the 2007 presara Sat Nav?
Thanks man
Yes mate, i have the exact same sat nav as you, and it works great. You can control your music from your iphone or from the seek buttons.
Fark, thats awesome news LOL
Thanks for your info dude! :)
Well i git the GTA kit today and was so keen i had to install it straight away.
So its true,,,,, it really is awesome. It has an AUX plug and an iphone/ipod connector also.
No need to burn CD's anymore :D
I recomend it to anyone who has the factory SatNav unit.
Thanks again guys.

From what i remember, Toyota sets there speedos to 8% discrepancy.
With those tyres your speedo will be a little more honest now.
-
Well i finaly done it.
Im running 19x9 buddy club wheels with a mild +38 off set and dropped the car down using BC Gold coilovers on my Presara LOL.
The rear feels a little to bouncy and the front feel nicer. I dont know what setting the coilovers are set too yet but ill play around with it tomorrow...
Next plan is to raise it just a tad more and wheel spacers to flush the wheels to the guards. I dont have to have Hellaflush but almost would be nice...
Thanks for everyones help :)

Hey guys,
Could i get some feed back on ride quality for these BC Coilovers for our Aurions?
I had BC's on my AE86 and it was suprisingly soft but firm. (nice)
D2's on my R33 were hard and handled like it was on rails.
So, Feed back please??? LOL
Like, is it really going to upset the experiance if driving the car?
Ps: i hope it feels nice like the AE86
Cheers Guys
have a read up on this :
Thank you Thank you Thank you Thank you
Great read up.
Cheers man :)

Damn 19" dont look as big as they used too
Well its all an illusion i'd say , cause of the tyres size/profile
Ha Ha Ha Ha i hope so, anyways ill keep ya'll posted. Gotta get Coilovers first then we'll play.
Some 3mm and 5mm spacers will help to, too bring the original BuddyClub offset +38 too +35 & +33.

Hey great stuff... thanks shane. This is basically what I was going to do but you have just made it a whole lot easier for me. I have the 4 disc changer with satnav in mine.... it has the aux input on the back of the my unit. Why toyota release the vehicle without an in car connection to it beats me!!
I must try and find this AUX in-put :s
I need my Iphone music for my Presara damn iiiit LOL

Awesom awesom awesome read!
It almost took up my whole night reading this but i loved it.
Hope my Aurion Presara can look half as cool as the white Camry :)

Sorry about the late reply "Newbie"
Damn it, i cant get the same deal.
The Coil-over set-up feels a lot firmer, it took me some time to adjusted (because the vehicle would feel so jumpy and bumpy) my set-up to feel comfortable but finally I'm happy. I got 19" wheels on my car and reducing the tyre pressures to 32psi make for a less bumpy'er ride. It turns nice also. My main selling point for getting the coil-overs is to lower the vehicle with 19" wheel with-out bottoming out and reduce tyre scrub, Gladly the coil-overs are doing there job :D
Again, sorry about the late reply.
BTW, I got my Coil-Overs from Just Jap Imports.
