  1. So I finally decided to measure the height of the car on each side. The backs sit (from how I measured) 560mm and fronts 590mm. There is a 20mm difference. When you visually look you can even see the back bogged down much more than front.

I want to get the ride height even tbh. Would this be the best option? I'm thinking of lifting rears and fronts to 580mm or 570mm.

So really, is it best to keep all coilovers equal height or different?

    Thoughts

Edit: so I asked a mate why pedders would have done this he said that the front could be higher because something sits lower towards the front so for height clearance they raised the front more?

I would have called pedders but obviously their closed over the w/e

that important thing would be your sump etc...

if you hit them then its game over lol

  2. There exactly what I'm after.. Ok than my rims are up for sale. Anyone interested please let me know!

I've had them since mid feb and not a single scratch on them. Very clean! I'm asking for around $1150-1250 mark. i paid a lot more for them trust me!

    Here are the rims1.jpg

whats the width/offset and stuff like that?

i have 20's ATM and they are very bouncy LOL

  3. I saw a white Aurion with sick looking rims in February. Dunno if he is a member on here but the rims are what you are after. Wish I took snap but I was without a phone for a month.

He had something like this one: http://blog.e-kereta.com/wp-content/uploads/2007/04/camry.jpg

And I saw recently a member on here when I was going thru members ride: http://img132.imageshack.us/img132/6904/42461148519908149108210.jpg He had a matching colour!

And I was about to buy one for my ex silver car prior to its write off (my current black replaces the silver): http://2.bp.blogspot.com/-PKbYqXNEGrg/T8bAU6ai_0I/AAAAAAAAADU/isaBIsRqr2A/s1600/09.jpg (Alonso - if you think this car looks familar, you are right. It's a driver from W.A. and this workshop is...somewhere in either Welshpool or Morley)

i have the same rims as that TRD one, that shop is F1 wheels&tyres at Labrador on the Gold Coast :)
  4. I wanted to go with Rockford Fosgate 6 x 9 2ways recommended to me on here but I couldn't track any down and they are discontinued, I went with Focal 6 x 9 2ways from Autobarn, $229RRP got them for $200, the are made in France, I put sound deadening inside the whole door then some acoustic matting from Jaycar directly behind the speaker in the door, I am only running them off the standard deck and I am very impressed with them, great bass and piercing treble, not much modification to fit in the standard door pods once I cut out the factory speaker and the depth is fine window glass wise. They have adjustable tweeters too so you can angle them up towards your ears.

did you have to cut away any of the door card to fit them?

  5. i know this is off topic but is the american camry the same body as the aurion?

just like the camry is the same as a aurion over here

the american camry has the same shape as the gen6 camry , with a v6 under the hood.

the aurion is the australiasian camry v6 equivalent

    as in the suspension setup?
