  1. Hi mate, just wanted to share my past experience when it come to CAI.

I too own a 4AGE Smallport and found that the best CAI for it is the stock airbox with ducting going through the

bottom hole, into the guard.. Although before this is achieved, there is a big 'anti-drone' box in that near side guard that has to be removed.

I've tried using a pod filter instead of the airbox (still with a cold air feed) and i feel as if it doesn't compare to stock, the only gains

would have to be the 'Sound of Intake' lol. :) I hope this this helps, Good luck with you car

  2. Very nice car man! You hardly see these going around especially a clean one like this. :)

    Keep it up!

Thanks Jason :) haha I wish it was cleaner though lol!

No worries man :) cleaner? Lol as if. It looks immaculate!!

dude i wish it was haha! :( nah its got a few hail dings and little scratches here and there.. all happen before i had it though :D

  3. man phat ae112! cant wait to see it with those rims on!

Thanks Jerome :) appriciate it. yeah hopefully in the next couple of weeks I can put rubber on them. but I need to adjust my height first. wanna drop it a bit more before I flare them guards! But all is going well so far :)

deadset its gonna look flush as haha!! If you wanted to try doing it yourself i own a guard roller.. you can borrow it:)

  4. Nice GTi man, i like what you have done to it, but I must say it isnt old school.... old school is like KE's and stuff..

  6. Hey Folks,

I’m Jerome from Western Sydney, currently finishing my studies to be a Mechanic.. New to this, but been a proud Toyota Owner since Day One! With that said, I’d like to share to you all my Pride and Joy! And the journey we’ve had....

1992 Toyota Corolla AE93 Gti SeriesII

    238xua.jpg

I know is old school and all but its my A to B to C car and I love it! I’ve had this car since March 2011 and previous to that I had an AE92 Ultima Seca. When I first purchased it suffered from a blown head gasket <_< . Fortunate enough I was able to fix it myself.. Unfortunate because 11 Months down the track it decided to blow the head gasket again, only this time between cylinders :(! It was unexpected and I wasn’t ready for a new car, so i decided to challenge myself and carry out a full Re-Build.. Cut the long story short.. Over late July and early August I’d been living in the workshop, LOL! Until on 25th August 2012 she started.. I was Finished!! :yahoo:
