  1. Yeah, thanks to all, had to pull the side covers off and take out the two screws, one each side. Replaced fusible link, car turns over but won't start. That means ecu, I reckon. W
  2. Hi to all, Here is the current situation, I'd be ecstatic FOR ANY HELP Week and a half ago - Car running perfectly but little-used, daughter just getting her Ls Battery flat - I jump it with leads Car running perfectly, I drive it around the block and park it in the driveway for a couple of days Battery flat, I put on mains battery charger Car turns over but won't start/run, battery only sustaining a few start attempts so on and off the charger I buy new battery but install (due to different terminal configuration) initially with reversed polarity Nothing. Charge light comes on. NRMA dude stops by, says 80A fusible link gone and maybe "on-board" computer, but can't tell that until 80A fusible link replaced I stop at Repco, buy male and female 80A fusible links. Now, I can't get the 80A fusible link out. I can pull out the 30A and 40A (pink & green) easily but the black 80A is fixed in somehow?? Until I get that out I can't begin to tell the status of the on-board computer (ECU/ECM?) Cheers Warwick Foster
